First off, I wanna start by saying Happy Mothers Day to all of the beautiful mothers in the world! Be sure to do something special for your mom or any one of a mom-like figure who's supported you, they are such a blessing.

I also wanted to give some great Sunday inspiration. Because I love and trust you guys as my subscribers and readers, I don't mind being personal with you and sharing some things I've experienced; so I feel this is very necessary. Behind the scenes of this blog, I was going through a really rough patch in my life, between school and trying to find a job behind my career choice, I felt like nothing was going right for me. To be further honest, I felt like I was failing at life. Yes, I understand I'm so young and I'm just beginning "adulting", but when you feel super pressured it's easy to feel like you aren't doing enough. Everyone around me had something going great for themselves, whether blessings were coming their way or they were seeking opportunities; and I just felt like every car around me was moving and I was stuck in the same lane without gas. One of the most important things I started to do was pray. I started talking to God in different times of the day and just thanked him for what was already here, it's so easy to lose yourself in what's not going right that we as people forget to be thankful for what is going right. As humans, we do complain about things that frustrate us and that's perfectly normal, but things could always be worse and we must be grateful they aren't. Along with that message, take care of the blessings you do have, God won't bless mess and you must show him you're ready for more! I believe that God always gives the toughest battles to his strongest soldiers, so if he didn't believe in you, he wouldn't throw anything you're way you're not strong enough to handle. Furthermore from that, I also believe that when everything feels out of place, God is getting ready to bless you! All of this turmoil and delay you're experiencing is a test, a test to see how faithful you can remain to God and how much you can trust in him. When one door closes, another one will open, and I am definitely a witness to that! Secondly, I started speaking positive things into my life. Your words have a lot of power behind them, and when you walk around being pessimistic and unmotivated your life will start to reflect that image. Besides God and your loved ones, YOU are one of your own biggest cheerleaders, and it is so important that you believe in yourself and understand you will seize anything you have a desire to. Speak all things into existence, tell yourself you already have what it is you need and what you're looking for! Feeling good and gaining confidence can be a physical, emotional, spiritual and mental thing, so take the necessary steps to bring in that positive energy. Wake up and pat yourself on the back, and understand the place you're in is where God wants you to be, and good things will come if you believe and are patient. Tell yourself that everything is going to be okay, that this rough season will come to pass. Remaining optimistic and faithful is so important to a positive spirit and lifestyle! Lastly, surround yourself with either people who's goal is to reach the same destination as you, or who have already made it there! Keeping great influences around you is inspirational and pushes you to work harder and to want better for yourself. Take note of the things that brought them where they are, and instead of asking why you aren't in their position, try to align yourself with their good habits! The company you keep is a reflection of who you are, don't keep anyone in your circle who doesn't wish you well and care about your happiness; or someone who isn't working to build themselves as well. Bring people into your life that want more for you, that see where you're going wrong and want to help & encourage you!

I am so thankful you guys trust and respect my perspectives, and value my morale, Thank you for supporting me and looking for more out of this blog, don't be afraid to request any special posts!

Love and peace,

Noelle
