I hope you guys are enjoying the snow, because I'm not lol. So I recently quit my last job, but prior to leaving I had a job interview with another company. The job is going to be part time because I'm gonna start school agan this month and I dont wanna be distracted by an overwhelming schedule, school is a huge priority! This company will assign people to work at an upscale residence to be a concierge or whatever else they may need, so it'll be a piece of cake and easy money for me. The interview went really well, and they told me it may take a week to match me with a residence for me to work at. Unfortunately, it has been more than a week and I didn't hear anything, and they hold your file for up to a year. At this rate I'm gonna look for a paid internship somewhere, I've been doing some thinking lately and have come to the conclusion I need to stop getting jobs. Getting an internship is gonna allow me to network, meaning the chance to meet people and put myself out there for opportunities; and furthermore, I can gain more experience in my field of study. Getting an internship is going to help a lot especially when I graduate college, with all those contacts I have it can be easier to find a job and start paying off debt. I promised myself no more jobs, so I'm really trying to stick to it, I need a year like Cardi B!
