Big News!!!!!

So one of the biggest reasons I was away from my blog for some time was because I was in the middle of transferring schools. For those of you who don't know, I used to attend Johnson and Wales University, I was there for my freshmen year and then I decided to leave right before my sophomore year started. Due to leaving so last minute, I sat out school for a semester and just worked to save up money for my new school, and then in the spring time I attended community college and I also took summer classes. SO THE BIG NEWS IS THAT I TRANSFERRED TO THE ILLUSTRIOUS CLARK ATLANTA UNIVERSITY!!!!! If you don't know already, Clark Atlanta is an HBCU (Historically Black College/University) near Spelman and Morehouse College, matter of fact they pretty much share a campus (The Atlanta University Center, which also includes the Morehouse School of Medicine). I've already been invited to apply for an internship program, and I can cross-register at any of those schools mentioned above to take courses as well! Y'all have no idea how excited I am, so many great blessings and opportunities are coming my way! These last couple of months have really just been great and have shown me that God never closes one door without opening another! To be perfectly honest I was really disappointed to leave JWU, especially because I had just started networking and meeting great people; but I was shown that I needed more, and I was elevated to a place where my talents and capabilities could really reach their full capacity. I'm beyond grateful, I'm not even sure if grateful even describes the amount of appreciation I have for this adventure, and this just really goes to show how much I'm going to work my hardest to progress and prove myself worthy of attendance. I have so many dreams and goals to accomplish, and I'm beyond excited to allow Clark to bring me towards them! I'm also thinking about vlogging my HBCU experience, hows that for a change of pace???? As always y'all, keep grinding and find your passions; do what makes you happy and never settle for anything less than what you deserve!
